Reporting/Feedback

Please report all faults and problems with observing systems and other Observatory services, to aid an effective and prompt response. Please also record time lost due to high wind. We also request at least one member of each observing team to complete an Observer's Report questionnaire at the conclusion of their observing session. The information supplied in this form is sent to a selected group of on-site staff members who will use it to improve services to Observers.
